Why Traditional Ops Miss

The disciplines that got us here were built for a different category of failure. AgentOps is the emerging industry category for the work they don't cover.

    It cannot see whether the agent's reasoning trajectory was correct, whether the wrong tool was called, or whether judgment quality drifted. The 200-response is not the answer.
